Pangritata Broccoli

  • ​1 large broccoli or 2 small , cut into florets
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
  • garlic, minced or powder
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp finely grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp extra olive oil
  • Salt

  1. Toss broccoli in oil, salt, pepper, and garlic
  2. Roast for 10 minutes at 350
  3. Combine ingredients on right and place on tray next to broccoli
  4. Roast all for about 12 minutes until breadcrumbs are golden
  5. Combine and serve
