  • 1 oz green chartreuse

I'm Just Here for the Drinks by Sother Teague, page 37.  I misread the recipe to use Gin instead of Old Duff Genever.  Book suggestion:  Make it royal by substituting sparkling wine for the seltzer.
  • 4 dashes grapefruit bitters
  • 1 oz dry gin
  • 1 oz Cocchi vermouth
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • seltzer
  • grapefruit peel

  1. Combine all ingredients except seltzer in 10 oz Collins glass
  2. Add ice, stirring gently to cool
  3. Top with seltzer
  4. Garnish with grapefruit twist
