3/4 oz orange amaro
2 oz sparkling white wine
1/2 oz elderberry gin liquor

Add amaro to glass
Pour in wine
Use spoon to float liquor on top

1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz orange juice
bar-spoon sugar
2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz wine

Combine juice, sugar, and bourbon in shaker with ice.
Strain into chilled coup glass.
Slowly pour wine on top, breaking its fall with the spoon.
Spin glass gently to disperse wine.
